EventBot – 從 Email 加入 Google Calendar Event

身為 Android 用家，一直使用 Google Calendar 記錄約會 events，以前曾經介紹用 Gtalk Bot 加入行程，一直也在使用著。

今次要介紹的是 EventBot 之 Email-to-Calendar 服務，登記及授權後，它會產生一條特定的 email address，用家可以分享給身邊的友人或秘書，那麼他(她)們便不需要 Google login，也可以經電郵替你直接加入各項約會  appointment。

Quick Add

EventBot 使用 Google Calendar 的 Quick Add 語法，Quick Add 只要花幾分鐘學得曉，把 events 內容填入 email subject 發送出去，一陣子便自動增加到 Google Calendar 裡。使用 Quick Add 時，最好先把 Google Calendar 的 界面語言轉換為 English (US)。

EventBot

EventBot 跟 Gtalk Bot 一樣，不支援 Quick Add 的 Guest list 功能。如果要消取 EventBot 服務，或者需要轉換一個新 email address，只要到 Google Account 之 Authorized Access 取消授權 (Revoke Access) 便可以，有需要的時候，到 EventBot 重新一次登記便可以。

提醒你，怕忘記個人 EventBot’s email address 的話，記得加入去 Google Contacts 創新聯絡人保存好。
