X10 mini Pro Wi-Fi bug

把 Nexus One 和 X10 miniPro 連接好 Wi-Fi 放在房間裡，同樣地關上螢幕，N1 間中會接收得新電郵發出 Notify Alert，而 X10 miniPro 卻好似無聲無氣。
由於 X10 miniPro 插著大陸咭在香港漫遊，所以一直行 2G network，在並無 data roaming 情況下必須要連接 Wi-Fi 才可以上網，所以好肯定是 Wi-Fi 出了事。
弄了好幾天，還攪不定 X10 mini Pro 的 Wi-Fi 問題，每當它自動關上螢幕的時候，佢個 Wi-Fi 就會好似飲醉酒般不醒人事，到你隔一段時打開手機的時候，X10 mini Pro 除了自行關掉 Wi-Fi (disabled) 外，人手進入 Setting 裡進行 Scan Network 更沒有反應，只好重新啟動 WiFi 才能夠成功連接網絡。
我已經在 WiFi Advance > Wi-Fi sleep policy 設定好 NEVER，理論上 Wi-Fi 接通後就不會關掉。手機軟件已經是最新的 FW 1.6. Kernel 2.6.29 Build # 1.1.A.0.8，期間試過 Factory RESET，已應用了一些 3rd party 的 WiFi 程式去鎖著 WiFi 都沒有顯著效用，想起呢句 : ” We’re not Perfect” ，唯有等新 Sony 推出 Software Update 去解決這個問題。
方案：Wi-Fi Keep Alive
除了呆在等待 SE 的解決方案，我一直試用過一系列的有關 Wi-Fi 軟件，Wi-Fi Buddy、Keep Wi-Fi On、Wi-Fi Lock、Wi-Fi Fixer 和 Wifi re-enabler 等，其實這個 Wi-Fi Re-connect 問題彷彿曾經在 Android OS 1.5/16 階段在其他手機中發生過。
直至最近在 X10 mini Pro 試用上 Wi-Fi Keep Alive ♥ ♥ 兩天，效果似乎不錯，每次打開手機的時候，Wi-Fi 都保持連線，就算偶爾關掉了，也會短時間內恢復，當有新電郵的時候，N1 和 X10miniPro 都懂得一起響起。唯一一個要注意的地方，就是 X10 mini Pro 耗電量會相對增加。
這個 Wi-Fi Keep Alive 在 X10 mini Pro 上經 Market 是搜索不到的，要自行安裝這個 apk 檔：Wi-Fi Keep Alive 1.3.0.apk，安裝後如下設定好，各用家一起試試看，交流一下解決 Wi-Fi Reconnection 問題的心得。
- Wi-Fi Behaviour = Always On

↑ 設定好 Wi-Fi 連線好
多謝recommendation, it really works. But my power seems run faster.
已入手 x10 Mini Pro. 這問題很明顯是 bug。
這個 wifi keep alive 看來仍未能百分百解決問題，當 Nexus One 保持 Wi-Fi 連線時，x10 minipro 已經斷線。
看來這部 X10 minipro 好人性化，好討厭 Wi-fi 似的

@Shantanu THANKS for your words here and I find the app “WiFi Keep Alive” in the Market now. One more workaround 4 is added in the advance option, any hint to tell me what’s the most optimized setting on my wifi reconnect issue ?
@terewong: The workaround 4 is for folks for whom wi-fi and network stays connected but no data transfer happens. In such a case, the app detects the situation and reassociates with the network which makes it start working again. Unfortunately there are a lot of different issues surrounding the wi-fi sleep problem and you will have to try out various combos to see what works best for your phone as I don’t have a x10 mini to test
呢個問題有解決未？我好想去 se 度要求退款呀。
@xiaohei 我估退款都幾困難，唯有等 SE 更新 firmware 解決問題，據聞 X10mini 同樣有類似問題而在最新的 firmware 中解決了，現在唯有等 X10miniPro 啊
我想問下, 我部mini pro個wifi連左5夠2秒, 5使等佢關上螢幕的時候, 已經斷線了, 用左Wi-Fi Keep Alive都系甘, 系我部機特別有問題, 定系普遍x10 mini pro都系甘樣?
係個 WiFi Profile 有問題，聽講 X10 mini 的用家在更新 Firmware 後解決了這個問題，可是 X10 miniPro 用家還要受這個苦 ( 我記得舊版的 Wi-Fi Keep Alive 好像可以保持 WiFi 連線的，更新版本後好似幫不到 WiFi 保持連線了 )
